Accommodation has been arranged  at the Bhagirathi guest house of SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences. Details regarding how to reach there from airport, nearest railway stations (Howrah or Sealdah) or by busses can be found here. Please follow the rules and regulations while staying at the guest house. Some important rules:

1. Adhere to the Check-in time : 12 noon and Check-out time : 10 a.m.

2. At least one photo ID card is to be carried at all times.

3. The Guest House closes at 9.30 p.m. One must inform the Guest House reception in advance for any change of schedule.

Pickup and drop off from the guest house to Presidency University will be arranged for participants staying at the guest house (details will be uploaded soon)
